If coin is determined to be not authentic or altered by ANACS or the autograph or sports card is determined to be not authentic by SGC or PSA the successful bidder will be refunded the complete purchase price excluding authentication service. Payment: 20% buyers premium, 3% fee for credit card, 6% state sales tax for PA residents unless provided with current state sales tax exemption certificate. K. D. The bidding is open and all 1100 lots are currently on display and available for inspection, by appointment, at our Auction Gallery at 80 Pacific Drive, Quakertown PA.
