UPDATED PAYMENT NOTICE: Due to the number of lots and bidders we will be charging all cards on file that have a remaining balance at the conclusion of the auction pickup dates. Please register with the card that you wish to have charged. If you wish to use a card that is not on file please notify us before the conclusion of the auction.
HiBid gives you the option to store multiple cards in your profile. When registering for each auction you can select the card you would like charged registering for the auction.

All Bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid credit or debit card.

You must be at least 18 years old or older to bid in any of our auctions.

PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 5:00 P.M., ON THE LAST SCHEDULED PICKUP DAY OF THE AUCTION UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE.

American Brand Liquidation Auctions is not responsible for preview or removal.

NOTE FOR REMOVAL: IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED BY THE DEADLINE AND THERE IS A DISCREPANCY NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.

**(A Copy of the Bidders/Purchaser ID/DL is required for invoices $500 and up upon pick up)***
***( If items are being picked up by someone other than the registered bidder, both persons ID/DL will be required upon pick up)***

All merchandise is sold As-Is and Where Is without warranties or guarantees of any kind.
Additional Information for some lots may be found in the �DESCRIPTIONS�. STOCK PHOTOS ARE FOR REFENCE ONLY. PICTURES OF ACTUAL ITEM WILL BE INCLUDED TO NOTE ANY DAMAGES AND CONDITION OF THE ACTUAL ITEM. Pictures and/or descriptions may not fully reflect all defects or damages on all items and we may miss things at times. So Please view the pictures and descriptions carefully and bid accordingly. All items are sold �As Is�, � Where Is� as stated.
When you bid in an auction, there is NO RIGHT TO RETURN, unless an item is materially different to its catalogue description. Just like when you're in an auction room, bidding online is a contractual commitment to buy.

Buyers shall rely entirely upon their own inspection and information.

Winning bidders are solely responsible for their own removal American Brand Liquidation is not responsible for damages upon employee assistance concerning removal. Bidders must unload and pick up their complete purchases and bring their own plastic wrap and other equipment as needed.

Any Buyer Discrepancies must be reported at the Seller's Physical Location at time of removal - No Exceptions

Returns and Refunds:
If you place a bid on an item PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be aware of dimensions and consider the type of vehicle you will pick the items up in, as NO REFUND will be given due to item not fitting in vehicle. NO EXCEPTIONS.

All merchandise not removed by the deadline date will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of or resold by American Brand Liquidation.
