Public Auction March 5th, 2025 @ 10 a.m. Preview same day 9-10 a.m. 806 & 807 E. Olive St, Bloomington Live Public Auction to settle the Gerald Burkey Estate. Personal Property contained in the house, yard, and garage of both properties to be sold to the highest bidder in two lots with no reserve. If you’re a Treasure Hunter… This is your auction!!! Terms and Conditions: You are bidding on chose of the personal property contained in the house, garage and yard at 806 (Lot 1) & 807 (Lot 2)only. The real estate will be subject to a later sale. Much like a storage locker auction, you can not enter rooms to rummage. You will be allowed to view rooms and take photos (Bring a Flashlight). The Estate is limiting access due to the clutter and trip hazards. This is a cash only auction. Winning bidder(s) will sign a contract on same day and pay the hammer price with a $500.00 Security Deposit refundable upon satisfying the terms of the contract. Contract will be available day of sale for inspection. No Buyer’s Premium!!! After payment and deposit, Buyer will have 21 days from March 5th, 2025 to March 27th ,2025 @Midnight to remove items from the property. After which, all property left will be forfeited. You ARE NOT responsible to remove all items or clean the property. Only remove what you want and leave the rest in place. Buyer will not remove any cabinets, doors windows, light and plumbing fixtures, and furnace affixed to the house or garage. Buyer will not cause any structural damage to the house, yard, or garage.
