After 85 years of business, Troyke Manufacturing has closed its doors.

Terms:

    ·    This is an in person absolute auction. No online bidding. No catalogue.

·    Absentee Bids will be accepted until 5:00 PM on Monday 3/10/25.   

·    All Absentee bids need to be submitted in writing and emailed to hiltonauction@gmail.com, along with a bank letter of guaranteed funds and a completed tax-exempt form (if you are tax exempt) 

·    A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to each item sold

·    Acceptable payments will be cash, personal check, business check, cashier check and wire transfer.  Credit cards can be accepted with an additional 3% processing fee.  If you are tax exempt please bring a completed exempt form with you.  (See Attached.)

·    When payment is made with check or wire transfer payment must be accompanied by a Bank Letter of Guaranteed Funds (See Attached)

·    All items are being sold "AS IS” “WHERE IS".  Hilton Auctioneers makes no offer of warranties or guarantees.  

·    No items may be removed until paid in full.  Have your receipt ready when picking up your items. 

·    All purchases must be removed no later than 3/21/2025.  Unless prior arrangements are made with Hilton Auctioneers. Removal of all items will be at the risk and liability of the buyer.

·    Proof of Insurance:      All buyers purchasing equipment, or the buyer’s rigger/mover must provide the Auctioneer and Troyke Mfg with a Certificate of Insurance in the amounts specified prior to the removal of all machinery or equipment. (See Attached)
