Listing Information
Charles and Jon are proud to bring you another great auction for JD's Realty and Auction. We have a house in the heart of West Knoxville full of wonderful treasures from out west and other destinations. Some nice furniture, pottery, dolls, china, and decor. Lots 2-222 are on the main level. Lots 223-286 are located in the basement and will have to go out and around the house. There is a rock and gravel path, so plan accordingly to get items out. The house sits on top of a hill and has a narrow driveway and small parking area. There is no room to turn trailers around at this estate. For larger items, you will need a truck, U-Haul or large van. Please sort your items once you are off the property to open up parking space for others. There is no dumpster so you must take all. Please watch all videos, or/and come to preview to see the area. NOTICE: Due to an abuse of us transporting items to our shipper, if you pick up your items at the shipper instead of having them shipped, you will be assessed a surcharge. This will vary depending on the items transported. Minimal fee will be $10. Factors in fee will be distance from estate and size or quantity of items taken. This is to compensate our shipping partner and the person's gas and time transporting the items. We apologize for any inconvience this may cause. Please bring help to load heavy items and large lots of items. Also, please note pick up days and times. These are the only days we will be at the estate. If you cannot make these times, then please do not bid. We will not be able to be at the estate other than the days posted for pick up. Thank you for your cooperation and good luck bidding. For questions concerning items in the auction please text Charles at 865-851-4774 or send us an email. We do recommend coming to preview as to better judge items for yourself, especially if you have multiple questions. Any questions about shipping should be directed to our third party shipper, at one of the numbers below, or to our office. Items for shipping will not be taken to shipper until after pickup is over. Please give the shipper time to assess your items and they will contact you with an estimate by email. Liberty Pack & Ship 355 Cullom St Clinton, TN 37716 865-264-4592 info@libertypackandship.com Thank you and good luck!
