We invite you to come on out to our In Person/Live Auction on February 15. This will be a “Pickers Style Auction” We will walk around the property and sell what we can.

Auction will be catalogued as we sell it! Bring your gloves! Auction participants will be able to search the grounds from 9am to 11am to see whats hidden and was lost to time.

I will have empty tables set up and of course we will be digging too! We will be selling ALL vehicles and vessels, equipment, farm implements, Sago Palms, Cactus Plants.

This will be a quick auction probably no more than 150-200 Lots. We will definitely be finished by 1pm at the latest!

All the vehicles & vessels DO NOT HAVE any paperwork and will be sold for parts only.

There will be no reserves or minimums on any items. ALL MUST GO!

Auction Preview & Inspection:

  • 9am to 11am

Auction will take place in person only.

In person preview begins on Saturday 9am. This is where you can test and inspect before you bid / register for the auction. Auction will begin at 11:00 am.

In Person Absentee bidding will cease be available throughout the auction. Absentee Bidding by phone: Please call 559-499-9722 during the preview hours. We cannot answer during the Auction.  The auctioneer will bid on your behalf to an amount you set.

AUCTIONEER SELLS 90 to 120 lots per hour.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION!

Item Checkout Policy and Procedure: 

• You may check out (pay your invoice) as soon are you are done bidding! Auction Attendant Required During Auction Only. (This Prevents “Missing Lots”)
• Moving assistance will not be available until auction is ended. Hand Trucks and moving equipment will be provided.
• All small items must be removed by Feb. 15th by 5pm
  • We are not responsible for missing lots, or items left behind.
• ALL WINNING BIDS MUST BE PAID BY SAT. 5PM!
• Location will close by 5pm on Saturday.

COMPLIMENTARY FOOD AND DRINKS WILL BE PROVIDED.

Restrooms will be available.
