This is an ONLINE ONLY Auction. You must be 18 years old to purchase a long gun and 21 years old to purchase a handgun.

Terms of the Sale are 10% Buyers Premium added to the bid price of each lot sold.  Your credit card will be automatically charged at the end of the auction, UNLESS you contact us prior to make payment by cash at Pickup. 

Inspection will be Saturday February 15^th from 10 am till 2 pm at 1011 Bear Creek Pike at Southern Guns & Outdoors.

The bidding will start ending on Monday Feb. 17^th at 6 pm.

Pickup  & TICS background check will be at Southern Guns & Outdoors at 1011 Bear Creek Pike from Tuesday to Saturday: Hours are 10am till 5 pm.

All guns are being sold “AS IS” with no guarantees of any kind as to usability or condition and All sales are FINAL. All FFL rules & regulations apply.  Out of state buyers must abide with the reciprocal laws for their state.  Revolvers & pistols MUST be shipped to an FFL dealer if buying from outside Tennessee.  Southern Guns & Outdoors must have a copy of the FFL dealer that will handle the transaction of out of state bidders BEFORE they can ship the guns to them. Check with you local FFL dealers in your area outside TN before bidding.  There will be a $25 dollar plus shipping fee for EACH gun shipped.

You will be charged a ten dollar ($10.00) background check fee at the gun shop when you go to complete your paperwork. You will pay your background fee directly to Southern Guns & Outdoors.

If you do not pass the background check or the registration process, you forfeit the purchase price and all additional fees, and the seller will retain the gun(s). Guns must be registered in the name of today’s buyer - NO “STRAW” SALES. If you do not want to abide by ANY or ALL of these rules, then DO NOT bid. Enjoy the Auction!
