Everything that was collected through the years is high quality and fine art. Have you ever wanted a focal piece in your home, business or B & B? We have a chair that was used in 2 movies, by a local actress! She was from Cherryvale and her chair is elegant! Do you collect items like a signed land deed from James Buchanan, 1855? The books range from political to large Civil War /history books! This quality is what you would find at any good estate sale only better! With an online auction, competitive bidding puts you in charge! There is no better way to buy fine furniture and collectible art than an online auction. Please take your time and scroll through all the lots. Everything Sells to the Highest Bidder with NO Reserve and NO Sales Tax. Everything sells AS IS. Items have not been tested unless otherwise specified. Come to the loadout prepared with what you might need, bring your own boxes and packing material, bring loadout help, tools, dolly, truck, etc. If you think you need it, please bring it. Little to no loadout help will be available.

Please Note: Everything is on one level! The waiting room will be in the garage… so dress warm! Our pickers will come to get you in order of arrival! Bring a 2-wheeler, straps, and HELP as needed for the large furniture. Remember, we always jump in to help (and accept tips) but the obvious fact remains: if you cannot lift a dresser by yourself, BRING HELP! Please park on the street so that trailers can back up to the garage for loading of large items
