(Cash discount) ------------------------------------- " All vehicles & items are subject to Indiana Sales Tax (7%) unless you hold a valid Auto Dealer License. There is a $35.00 title documentation fee per vehicle purchased. (or anything with a title) " Temporary License plates are available to purchase for $15.00 (Valid for 45 days). ------------------------------------- " The Buyer is responsible for having insurance before driving the vehicle. If a reserve is placed, it will not be sold unless the bidding reaches the reserve price or higher. " Extra charges will occur if the auction has expenses such as fuel, flat tires, battery charging, trash removal, etc. " NOT ACCEPTING household items on the live auction (first Saturday of the month). " Tires & Misc Consignments will have a disposal fee if they do not sell. " We do not charge a No-Sale Fee for the first and second try. If we run your Items/vehicles more than twice there will be a $45.00 No-Sale Fee. " Vehicles left on the auction lot are done so at the sole responsibility of the owner. The Seller must maintain insurance against loss and/or damage to the property.
