~Please bring a helper for loading large pieces of furniture.
~We accept cash & credit cards with the proper I.D.
~Not responsible for on-site accidents.
~Please be respectful of all neighbors and do not park on their grass or in their driveway. Also please make sure you are not blocking the flow of traffic. Emergency vehicles MUST be able to get down the street.
~We do not offer pre-sales and prices will not be released till the start of the first day.

We are very honored to help this gentleman move on to the next chapter of his life. He can not do so until we help him liquidate the contents of his Franklinton home. This home has TONS of items. He and his late wife have been collecting for years. Preliminary pictures will be posted soon but make sure you check back often the week leading up to the sale.
