- There is a full 3-day holding period for all guns. The 72-hour Waiting Period will begin after the buyer fills out a 4473 Transfer Form with MMI Guns and their background check has been run. It does NOT necessarily begin the day of the auction.

- There are NO REFUNDS if the buyer's FOID card comes back rejected after the background check.

- Every item is being sold "AS IS"; there are absolutely no returns or reimbursements under any circumstances.
