Dates and times for pickup will be posted on our website. Do not bid if you are unable to have your items picked up.

PAYING FOR YOUR PURCHASES: There is no cost to register for an auction. Payment is made at pickup (cash, Visa, MasterCard, or debit) or ahead of pickup by e-transfer. If you cannot produce a valid PAL for pickup, you will still be obligated to pay for any items you bid on that require the license but will not be allowed to remove the items. All gun and gun related items including those that require a PAL must be picked up in person. There will be no shipping offered on gun or gun related items. OFF-SITE AUCTIONS: Off-site auctions are all auctions not held at the Great West Auction Building, 4066 Brigden Road, Petrolia, ON. All items must be picked up for off-site auctions. If winning bidder is unable to pickup at the site and wants items brought back to Great West Auction for later pickup, it must be arranged in advance and will be $10-$50 transportation fee per lot. Failure to pickup or make alternate arrangements will result in removal fees and it will become property of Great West.
