We accept cash and credit cards for purchases over $20; a 5% service fee will be applied to CC. We also accept VENMO & PAYPAL -Absolutely NO PRESALES. -You May Line Up: DRIVEWAY. – We encourage you to arrive early as an entry line does form. We limit the number of buyers in the building for our buyers' safety. If a line forms, we appreciate your patience. Please be respectful of those who are standing in line and do not save space for other buyers. You will be asked to go to the back of the line -Absolutely NO HOLDS -We DO NOT disclose pricing before sale. -Large Items: Large Items and Items that are difficult to retrieve will have a large price tag taped to them. We are happy to assist you with most of the items in the list. We encourage you to bring your SOLD TAGS for LARGE ITEMS. If purchasing large items, you may be asked to return them later in the day to pick them up. -ITEMS PLACED IN THE DESIGNATED SOLD AREA ARE CONSIDERED SOLD & Cannot be returned to the home. -Please Park respectively.
