Thank you for your interest in our Super-Packed Ocean Estate Sale! We are excited to showcase an incredible variety of items that we can’t wait for you to explore. The sale kicks off on Friday at 9 AM sharp, with entry through the front door. 

Please be cautious of any large twigs and sticks that may have fallen overnight as you approach. If you create a sign-in sheet, it is essential that you remain present to manage it, as we cannot be responsible for any alterations or replacements. We kindly ask that you work this out among yourselves and remain respectful to both neighbors and fellow customers in line.

Please note that absolutely no food or drinks are allowed at the sale, so kindly leave your coffee at the door. Large empty bags and boxes for your purchases will be permitted; however, oversized bags, purses, backpacks, and diaper bags are not allowed. We also ask that you avoid wearing oversized clothing with deep pockets, as theft has become a concern in our area. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated during this time. 

For your comfort, we recommend dressing in layers, such as Heat thermal wear from Costco, which works wonders in cold weather. Wearing sneakers is also a good idea to ensure you’re comfortable throughout your visit.

Key highlights on the first floor include sealed 1999 Pokémon trading cards, jewelry, Belleek pieces, retired Lenox china, and a leather high-back clawfoot office chair.

The Department 56 collection is located in the garage and extends to the basement. This collection features mainly retired pieces from the 1990s, including Dickens scenes, a selection from the North Pole series, and three items from the original Grinch series. Please be cautious of a step between the garage and hallway; signs will be posted for your safety.

Costume jewelry can be found in the dining room to the right as you enter the house. This assortment includes a selection of vintage pieces, numerous watches from QVC and HSN dating from the 1990s to the present, as well as a variety of brooches.

The kitchen, located straight ahead, is filled with never-used pots, plastic storage canisters, crock pots, brand new KitchenAid accessories still in their boxes, decorative dishware, and a QVC Temptations serving set (please refer to the pictures). Additionally, holiday Temptations can be found in the garage and basement.

On the second floor, you will discover vintage Christmas ornaments, a blow-mold Winnie the Pooh, wooden Christmas decorations, Danbury Mint ornaments, exercise equipment, women’s clothing in sizes large and extra-large, and brand new Chestnut and tan Tasman Uggs in size 8. Vintage shoes, T-shirts, and a dinosaur rocking horse are also available.

The gaming systems and toys are situated in the basement. Upon entering the house, the basement door is directly ahead on the right. Please exercise caution on the stairs and be mindful of the low ceiling. The games and gaming systems are priced separately, with all but two handheld gaming systems bundled with their games; separate pricing will apply otherwise. Note that bundle deals will not be accepted on the first day.

Tools can be found in both the tool room and garage, both located in the basement. Please be careful of the step between the garage and hallway adjacent to the tool room, as signs will be posted.

The basement also features pink and green depression glass, a shot glass collection, jars, cameras, tools, Barbies, phones, deck boxes, yard tools, dog crates, and records.
