We open at 10 am on Thursday with numbers at 9 am. Friday we open at 9 am with numbers out at 8 am. There are no numbers on Saturday and we open and 9 am. Please line up. First come/First serve. Please NO smoking in line. We will be able to accommodate a few more people than normal at this sale, since it is so large. 30-40 people max. If you are waiting outside in line, we ask that you dress according to weather conditions. We are NOT limiting people's time in the house (one person in = one person out, whether you came with another person or not). WE DO NOT DO LISTS! Please be Patient.
If you don't feel good, we ask that you kindly refrain from coming to this sale. The safety of our customers and staff is our highest priority. Please remember you are a guest in someone's home. Please wipe your feet! No pets allowed (except for service animals). The old adage of you break it, you buy it will apply. Our staff is NOT able to lift/carry/haul your purchases, so PLEASE arrange for pick-up and help of whatever you plan on buying, especially large appliances and furniture. In fairness to all customers we will NOT give out price information in advance and prices are subject to change from what is pictured. The address will be published one day before the sale. Terms and Conditions: Cash & Local Checks are accepted. A $30 charge will apply for NSF. Credit Cards will be accepted based on internet reception and a 3% fee will apply. (All Check transactions will require a signature & phone number.) Taxes are required to be collected at a 5.5% rate, per State law. S&H is Not Responsible for Accidents. All Items are Sold AS IS, NO REFUNDS/RETURNS/EXCHANGES. Please check your purchases thoroughly before buying. All Sales are FINAL. Have we got a sale for you! This sale is HUGE and it even includes multiple kitchen sinks!!! It is NOT a normal estate sale! We are utilizing two apartment units, the entire (VERY OLD) basement (of a 4-unit apartment building), and 2 garages! One is so full of furniture we are still working on organizing and pricing it (So pictures look a bit chaotic!). We will be putting a majority of it in the driveway the day of the sale. We are NOT able to help you move/carry/load your purchases, so please plan ahead and bring help and a truck/trailer! The basement has areas that will require closed toe shoes, gloves, and maybe a flashlight for your picking pleasure! These areas will mostly be make a "reasonable" offer. A lot of scrap metal, doors, windows, wood, etc. Here is a list of some of the items for sale. Please see all pictures, however, you can't see everything that is here, so it's always best to come join us for the fun! (BRING A COAT, we will have small heaters throughout the building, but there is no heat!) British Brand MG (Morris Garages LTD) Vehicle (Currently we do not have a title, but the family is working on it. If you are interested in the car, we will put you in touch with the family to purchase, as we can NOT sell it without a title.) The info I have received on the vehicle is: It is likely a MG B Roadster, Possibly 1968 or 1969 model) designed for the US Market and one of the early cars in that production of the batch.
