REMOVAL TIMES: Appointments can be made under your account at k-bid.com. Appointments help us facilitate a faster pick up for everyone. We are not able to accommodate special requests for alternative times or dates. We typically do not have access to the home after the auction pickup. We request that you do not bid if you are not able to pick up your items on the day and time specified. PACKING MATERIALS: No packing materials or boxes are provided. Customers are responsible to make sure they have all their items before leaving the pickup area. Simplicity Estate Solutions is not responsible for items forgotten or left behind. LARGE ITEMS: Staff is unable to assist in the removal of any items including larger furniture. Please bring appropriate help and the appropriately sized vehicle for removal. If you need help removing your items, movers will be onsite and charge $100 cash per invoice. UNPAID NO SHOWS: After the removal time has expired, all unpaid invoices will be processed as a NO SHOW. Those lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliate's discretion. The lots may be relisted for lack of payment. NO SHOWS run the risk of having their account disabled by K-BID and penalty fees may be incurred to have an account reinstated. PAID NO SHOWS: Items that have been paid for and have not been picked up by the end of the removal time listed in the auction will be considered abandoned and SImplicity Estate Solutions will dispose of or relist items as they see fit. NO REFUNDS will be made.
