The bidder is the sole judge of value. The Auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction without notice, withdraw or re-catalog items as needed, and cancel or reopen the auction in the event of system failures.Online Bidding & Technology Disclaimer: Online bidding is provided as a convenience, but the Auctioneer is not responsible for any technical failures that may affect bidding. Missed bids due to system errors are not the Auctioneer�s responsibility. Bidders should not wait until the last minute to place bids. Soft Close means that if a bid is placed near the closing time, the auction for that lot will be extended by five minutes until bidding ceases.Payment Terms: Full payment is due by the specified deadline. Accepted methods include credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmEx) with a 4% processing fee, Michigan checks only (no out-of-state checks), and cash (USD). A 10% Buyer�s Premium applies to all purchases. Sales tax of 6% applies where applicable. Tax-exempt buyers must provide a valid sales tax license for our records.Item Pickup & Removal: Pickup is by scheduled appointment only. Buyers are responsible for removing their own purchases. All items must be removed by the designated time or storage fees of $5 per item per day will apply, up to the item's value, at which point the item will be forfeited without refund. A paid receipt is required for pickup. Large machinery buyers or riggers must present proof of liability insurance before removal and are responsible for any waste, oil, or substances left behind.Firearm Purchases: Michigan residents only. Local pickup only. Buyers must provide proper ID and complete required paperwork before pickup. Firearms are sold "as is, where is" with no guarantee of functionality. Buyers are strongly encouraged to have firearms inspected by a qualified gunsmith before use.Additional Terms: The Auctioneer is not responsible for accidents or lost items after they are sold.
