ADDITIONAL REMOVAL TIME: Any pickups that are delayed beyond Wednesday, due to any extenuating circumstances, will incur additional fees. That cost will start at $25 per day, per pallet rack bay section of space required to house items awaiting pickup. Please note: Items left over 30 days will be considered abandoned and will be resold – buyer will receive any balance due over storage fees and commission SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax( 8%) will be added to all assets UNLESS proper tax-exempt forms are brought with you to the auction, NO EXCEPTIONS.
