With only one owner in 60 years, this sprawling this “South of the Boulevard,†home has preserved the authentic look and feel of the mid-century period. It features a unique selection of 50’s to 70’ style furniture, lighting, jewelry, glass, kitchenware, art, tools, appliances, clothing, electronics, records, books and statuary. This
behind-the-scenes Hollywood family has collected a large selection of
vintage fabric, sewing patterns, notions and entertainment
memorabilia. Drapes, curtains, wall coverings, and even an “I Love
Lucy†style bedroom set, make this collection an appealing blend of
mid-century and contemporary design. For additional photos please click here. We will NOT have a signup sheet this week. We will be giving out numbers starting at about 5:30 a.m. One number per person. PLEASE DO NOT disturb the family as they are currently living in the home. As usual we are happy to accept all major credit cards. We charge you the same 2% that the bank charges we. There is NO fee for using your debit card. This is a REMINDER that we have gone green. Please bring your own bags, wrap, boxes and tape. **** In addition to our estate sale, a family member will be conducting a sale on the property as well. |
