Auction Terms and Conditions:  All Items will be sold in AS-IS, WHERE-IS condition at the time of auction.  All bidders are expected and encouraged to make a reasonable inspection of the items they are interested in before bidding.  Once the auctioneer declares the items sold, the items become the responsibilty of the winning bidder.  Neither the auction company nor the seller will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items.  All buyers invoices shall be paid day of auction.  All purchased items must be removed by the winning bidder within the pickup time set forth by the seller and the auction company.  Any items remaining outside the seller determined pickup time will be considered forfieted by the winning bidder.  By registering for the auction and obtaining a bidder number, all buyers registered are stating they have read all terms and conditions of the auction and agree they will abide by the auction terms and conditions. 

Payment Terms and Conditions:  We accept Cash or Check with proper and satisfactory photo ID.  We also accept the use of Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  Payments made with the use of a Credit or Debit Card will be subject to a 4% purchasing fee in addition to the buyer's invoice total.  Payments made with the use of Cash or Approved Check will have the 4% puchasing fee waived on personal property items purchased only.  By registering for the auction and obtaining a bidder number, all buyers registered are stating they have read all terms and conditions of the auction and agree they will abide by the auction terms and conditions.
