All items are sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" with all faults. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. We encourage you to preview and inspect before you buy. Please refer to online VIN checks for accuracy. Sales are not subject to financing. Financing must be arranged prior to your purchase. All items are subject to Indiana Sales Tax (7%) unless you hold a valid Auto Dealer License or Retail Merchant Certificate. Temporary license plates are available for purchase for $15.00 per vehicle. (Valid for 45 days) A $35.00 Title documentation fee will be charged per vehicle or anything with a title. (No buyers premium) PAYMENT METHODS: Wire Transfer, Certified Cashier's Check, Cash or Credit/Debit card (with a 4% user fee for electronic payments). We will only accept checks if you are an established customer or if it is accompanied by a bank letter guaranteeing funds. Bidder agrees that everything is sold AS IS and that they may not return any item they purchase. Graber Auctions will not be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continual, uninterrupted, or error-free service or use of the Site. Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning.
