This will be our last sale of the year, and it is a heavy content bounty. It is going to take us about 3 weeks to setup, so please check back often for new photos and information...but, here is what we have so far.

We have several "themed" rooms in each area. First off, the "Jungle Room," full of all kinds of masks, drums, accessories, furniture with animal motifs, african themed items, shields and "pointy things."

Second up is the Asian room, full of enameled cabinets, vases, cloisonne, block prints, mother-of-pearl adorned room dividers, stands, silk plants, carved bone, carved resin and white marble tables.

Next, we have the antique area, with AB glass, Crystal gold glassware (over 70 pieces), Waterford, Lalique...and every brand of porcelain/china pieces you can imagine.

There are many Judiciah items, Menorahs, Mezuzahs and and Dreidals, and multiple religious items. Many Hanukkah gifts as well.

Moving on, we have the gem and mineral room. This room is full of crystals, bismuth, amethyst, geode slabs, (over 300) quartz, peridot, fossils. In this same room, we have hundreds of pieces cut or already rounded in sterling silver for jewelry making. This is also the "Lizard" room. Huichoi Iguanas, carved bone lizards, sterling lizard, Mexican pottery lizards.

Now we move to the MAIN EVENT! We have transformed the master bedroom into a massive jewelry store! There are at least 10,000 pieces of sterling jewelry and 3 full tables of costume. There are many precious stone strands, hundreds of pendants, sterling chains, sterling bracelets, sterling rings, hundreds and hundreds of pieces.

We are not done yet....our client was also a crafter. We have 50 totes of fabric, lace, bows, linen, every crafting item you can think of.

We have not even touched the surface with photos of what all is here. You are going to have to hunt around a bit as this is a HEAVY CONTENT HOME. Check behind corners, inside cabinets and dig in boxes! Enjoy the hunt!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Entrance to the jewelry room will be limited. Purchases will be bagged by onsite staff and sent by them to the cash register for pickup. Entrance to the residence will be limited as well. We will get people in as soon as possible.
• There are a huge amount of breakable items in this residence. Please use caution walking around and it is requested that small children should not attend for safety reasons. Please report any breakage to staff immediately in the event of an accident.
• Unlike a "normal" sale, all of the cabinets are full as well. Cabinets will be marked "open me" for ones that have inventory inside. Please close the cabinet when you are done looking.
• The checkout register will be on the back patio for easier exit. After checkout, please exit to your left and down the sidewalk to the front patio. You will not be allowed to exit through the front door with any purchases. (easier than trying to walk through the crowds)
• Please bring your own tester and Loupe for the jewelry room. Though many 100's of hours have been spent sorting, categorizing and staging, some items may have been mixed. Please check the marks and bring your magnet.
• You may be allowed in the gate "around" 6:30am, but we have no control over the gate guards. Please do not try and get into the back portion of the property or "search" through the windows. Our overnight security officer has been instructed to not allow anyone into back areas or inside the fence line.
• PLEASE bring boxes and wrapping material. We have quite a bit, but probably not enough. Not for this home. (wink wink)
