All items sell AS-IS Where-Is with no warranties or guarantees by the Seller(s) or the Auction company. All sales are Final. The described condition or representation of hours, use, and miles is provided as a courtesy, and not guaranteed by the Seller(s) or the Auction company. The Bidder is responsible for determining his or her opinion of the condition, and authenticity of an item before purchasing the item, not after. It is the buyers responsibility to inspect the item of interest prior to bidding on it. After a bidder has won the bid, all risk of loss and damage passes to the bidder, even though the bidder may have not paid for the item yet. Buyers should guard their items accordingly. All bidders understand that it is a criminal offense to give an exemption certificate to the seller for taxable items that they know, at the time of purchase, will be used in a manner other than that expressed in this certificate and, depending on the amount of tax evaded, the offense may range from a class c misdemeanor to a felony of the second degree.
