Listing Information

This estate is on a private road of a condo association; we cannot hold a public sale. Purchases of preselected lots and shopping will be by 45 min appointment only.  To participate:

1) Examine the pics and decide on lots you plan to buy. Most prices will be listed soon.

2) Contact us by email only at 2shachurchladies@gmail.com and tell us when you want appointment.

Thurs: 9:00 AM then each hour until 2:00PM

Sat: 9:00 AM then each hour until 12:00 PM

3) We will get back to you to confirm your appointment time.

4) When you come for appt., please do not come early; have the #s of the lots you want preselected; however, lots will be sold on "first come" basis.  We will update pics as lots are purchased.  We cannot hold a lot for you.  You will have 45 min to shop 3 browsing areas, but not to examine other lots that are up on line and already packed. If later pickup of large item is required, we'll set that up.

These collectibles and lots each contain some items of value and we are looking to move them quickly.  We encourage you to browse in shopping areas because those items can be had for very reasonable prices esp if you buy in volume!!

Please do not call for details on items or ask us to hold items. (this is a pain for us too!!) Although this is a different way for The Church Ladies to conduct a sale, think,  many online sales are by lots and ours has no commission!!
