All Buyers are encouraged to have any and all property inspections completed prior to auction. All information obtained from a Prorperty Inspection performed by a licensed home inspector will be for informationtional purposes only.  The sale of the property will not contingent upon any inspection or financing requirements.  The winning bidder should be prepaired to close the transaction on or before 30 days from the date of the auction.  This property will be sold with a 10 Buying Fee in addition to the final bid amount accepted by the Trust Officer. The 10% buying fee will be required day of auction.

Auction Terms and Condtions:  All items will be sold in AS-IS, WHERE-IS condition at the time of auction.  All buyers are expected and encouraged to make a reasonable inspection of the items they are interested in before bidding.  Once the auctioneer declares the items sold, those items become the responsibility of the winning bidder.  Neither the auction company nor the seller will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items.  All items and invoices are to be paid the day of auction. 

Payment Terms and Conditions:  We accept Cash or Check with proper and satisfactory photo ID.  We also accept Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  Payments made wit the use of a Credit or Debit Card will be subject to a 4% buyers fee in addition to the invoice total.  Payments made with Cash or Approved Check will have the 4% buyers fee waived on personal property items purchased.
