The successful bidder is responsible for removing their purchased items from the sale. It will be the bidders responsibility to determine the sale condition on each item they purchase. All of our auction sales are final. The successful bidders are responsible for removing all purchased items immediately following the auction. All items will need to be loaded by the successful bidder, we do not provide loading help. Shipping can be arranged on any item.

A bid on an item constitutes acceptance of the item and terms of the auction. Your bid is a binding contract; non-paying bidders will be blocked from future auction at the discretion of the auctioneer. Make sure your contact info is complete and correct on the bidder sign up page. Payment is due on completion of the auction, invoices will be sent and online payment options are available.

Items will be available for pick-up at the stated/posted times only for the auction. Items paid for but not picked up will be forfeit after 30 days, no refunds given.

If you require shipping please be aware that the cost of shipping may be more than what the item cost. All items ship from zip code 84109, you can go to USPS.com for estimates of cost.

We have made a couple of changes to our auctions due to rising costs for us. There will now be a 5% buyers premium as well as a 3% service charge on electronic payments. We will accept cash at time of pick up. Please let us know you wish to pay with cash and bring exact change, please. If paying cash you will need to notify by text that you are paying cash, please include the invoice number in the message. All item that are unpaid on the day after the auction closes will be charged to the card on file, unless cash payment notification has been sent.

 

Items begin closing Thursday November 21st at 10:00AM, Pick up begins on Friday November 22nd 11:00 AM to 5:00PM, Saturday November 23rd 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Please Sign up for a time at this website , ( ) include your invoice . The shipping containers cannot be moved until Sunday November 24th and must be removed by November 30th. We have contact info for a local mover if needed. It is you responsibility to remove the containers. 

 

Items will be around the backside of the warehouse at the containers, all items must be paid for prior to scheduled pick up, please only schedule one time for pick up. Pick up times are in 5 minute increments please don't be late we only have limited room for items ready to pick up, All items will be inside front door in our lobby area, there will be no loading help if you have furniture or heavy items please bring your own loading help.

 

We will ship select items from this sale please ask for a quote. Shipping will be available on select items, shipping is not free please contact us for shipping quote with destination zip code, all items ship from 84115. FYI shipping may cost more than the item won! Shipping takes up to 5 days to add Items will be shipped with the least expensive method available, usually UPS or USPS Ground Advantage.

 

Items not picked up by dates indicated for pick up will be assessed a $2 per day per auction lot storage fee. We do not have room to store auction item. If you bid please pick up your items. Once the storage fee equals the purchase price of the item BTeam will dispose of the item at their discretion. Shipping may also be added to items not picked up and the items will be shipped to the address listed with your account, if available, at BTeam's discretion.

 

These are the only pick up times available, items must be paid for and picked up by this time unless other arrangements are made.Shipping is available on select items please contact us for cost.
