Terms and Conditions – Hybrid Estate Sale and Auction
SOME ITEMS WILL BE SOLD ONLY AT THE LIVE AUCTION ON SUNDAY NOV 17th The Estate Sale will offer most items by conventional estate sale tagged method. Items will be priced for first-come, first-served purchase. Larger items such as automobiles, appliances, bedroom suites, etc. will be available for inspection and bidding in an online auction only. On Sunday, November 17th, the online bidding will close with a live interactive auction with a buyer premium. All unsold Estate Sale items will be bundled and sold to the highest bidder. Auction buyers must register, All items will be sold as-is. Buyers can inspect items and determine condition, value, and worthiness for a particular purpose. No large bags.
