Auction Terms and Conditions: All items will be sold in AS-IS, WHERE-IS condition at the time of auction.  All buyers are expected and encouraged to make a reasonable inspection of the items they are interested in before bidding.  Once the auctioneer declares the items sold, those items become the responsibility of the winning bidder.  Neither the auction company nor the seller will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items.  All invoices are to be paid by the winning bidder the day of auction.  By registering for the auction and obtaining a bidder's number, all registrants are agreeing to all Terms and Conditions of the Auction.  All announcements made the day of auction will supercede any printed, or social media advertisements. 

Payment Terms and Conditions:  We accept Cash or Check with proper and satisfactory photo ID.  We also accept the use of a Credit or Debit Card as a form of payment.  Payments made with the use of a Credit or Debit Card will be subject to a 4% buyers fee in addition to the invoice total.  Payments made with the use of Cash or Approved Check will have the 4% buyers fee waived on personal property items purchased only. 

Restrooms and Concessions will be available day of auction.
