Shipping is available on most small items, please check with us regarding the eligibility of shipping items prior to bidding. The buyer is responsible for shipping expenses and insurance. We do not provide shipping estimates. Once you have purchased an item and requested shipping, we will help to arrange for a shipping company to pick up your item, or possibly drop off at a local company.

REMOVAL ASSISTANCE

Buyers are solely responsible for removal of purchased items. Please have adequate help and supplies to remove your items. we do not furnish movers due to insurance limitations.

Buyers are solely responsible for collecting and ensuring they have all their purchased items before departing the property.

Full payment must be made no later than 2:00 pm on Sunday November 10th, 2024.

Payment Methods

You can pay your invoice by logging into your JD Estate Sales account and selecting the invoice tab. Your card on file will be used to process your payment in full prior to the start of the pickup date.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be added to all invoices. If you have a valid tax-exempt certificate, you may upload it to your account by selecting the " are you a reseller" tab.

Removal

All items must be removed no later than 2:00 pm on November 10th, 2024.

Buyers in default of the removal of these items at the scheduled time will be charged their high bid amount plus any buyer's premium and will forfeit any rights to the items. Items will be considered abandoned and disposed of or resold at the company's discretion. There are no refunds or exchanges.

THERE IS NO ABILITY TO "SNIPE" BID. IF A BID IS PLACED IN THE FINAL TWO MINUTES REMAINING ON AN ITEM'S CLOCK. THE BIDDING WILL BE EXTENDED FOR 5 MINUTES. EXTENDED BIDDING WILL CONTINUE UNTIL NO FURTHER BIDS ARE RECEIVED.
