What an amazing collection we have to offer this week in Jackson!! This estate has been carefully picked through the years, by its late loving owner, and it shows!! The contents of this estate, are some I haven't seen in years and or have never seen before! One of these items is an advertising piece for "The Devil's Cigar" featuring a clock in the center and a devil smoking the cigar at the top. This was purchased by the gentleman in an auction house in 1998 and at that time the article they had done on it stated it is one of two examples known to exist, the other being sold to a museum in 1988! Another odd ball is the 19th century carved Federalist courthouse eagle which is one of the original 13 made. We have a fantastic collection of "Grotesque" jug heads, tons of original lithograph artist proof advertising framed cigarette pictures, pottery, Indian pottery, vintage clothing, 1950's kitchen set and also a stand alone table, cast iron wood burning stove, lawn mowers, tools, Stickley living room sofa, modern dining table and bar, high top kitchen table, nu die glasses/ash trays/mugs, mid century lamps, mid century dresser and night stand, roll top desk, Handel Tiffany era stained glass lamp signed, 1950's ashtrays, asian antiques, coffee grinder collection, antique store display advertising, Ansonia "California" mantle clock which is amazing, bottle collection, a 2014 Lexus ES350 WITH 56,000 miles, chemistry Pyrex implements, movie posters, metal toy trucks and trains, advertising clocks, antique slide viewer, Indian head cigar shop busts, tons of oil painting artwork including a piece by Agnes Lawrence, Duffy's Pure Malt advertising wall clock, and the list continues as we are still setting up!!!!
