If you would like to pay by cash Please notify us prior to auction close. A 3% processing fee will be added to ant credit or debit card purchases either in house or online.

* Shipping on smaller items is available and there will be a min $20 per lot transportation fee back to our warehouse for packing. Larger pieces, machinery and vehicles will not be shipped by us, but we may be able to assist in making arrangemants. If you are needing a quote or have a question about shipping please call us.

* This a live onsite auction and online bidders will compete directly against other bidders at the auction site.

* Purchaser does hereby indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneer and seller from any and all

damages, claims or liabilities from injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever caused during

the sale or by the removal or shipping of items purchased.

* While descriptions are believed to be accurate, the auctioneer nor seller make any warranty or

guarantee, expressed or implied. Iowa Estate Auctions or any of its employees shall not be held responsible for advertising

discrepancies or inaccuracies.

* Any Announcements made on day of sale supersede all printed material. Auctioneer reserves the right

Jack Flatt, former owner of 5 Season's Tire, operated & maintained his own private hunting preserve for many years. With the recent sale of the property and Jack moving, there is a large variety of tools, modern machinery, equipment, furnishings, tire signs, appliances, and taxidermy mounts that need to be sold. The live onsite auction begins prompty at 9:30am and webcast bidding on select items starting at 11:00am. There are hundreds upon hundreds of quality items, the majority aqcuired in the last dozen years or less. Plan to attend in person if possible.
