All bidders are responsible to know what item they are bidding on.
The winning bidder of any item ENTERS INTO A BINDING CONTRACT and is expected to pay for all "won" items, even if the bidding was done in error.

Everything MUST be PAID IN FULL on the day of the auction, before removing any items

Items must be picked within 2 business days of the auction end or by appointment by contacting the office from 9am-4:30pm Monday-Friday.

Buyers Premiums:
14% per item for all items won via HiBid (4% Discount for Cash and Wire Transfers by Tuesday, November 26th at Noon)(ALL CREDIT CARDS WILL BE CHARGED AFTER NOON ON TUESDAY WITH NO DISCOUNTS!!)

All Items must be removed within 2 business days or are subject to a $25 per day, per item storage fee! Items must be paid for by Tuesday, November 26th at Noon or credit card on file will be charged.

We will prosecute any unresolved returned checks
