Sometimes schedules get full and you just have to make adjustments, so therefore we've made an adjustment, and we will be conducting a Sunday Afternoon Auction.  This will be a VERY LARGE Aucton with an enormous amount of Tools, Glassware, Riding Mower, Cargo Trailer, Hot Wheels Toy Cars, and more. 
We will begin the auction promptly at 12:30 pm.

Directions:  From the Intersection of I-540 and 271/253, Take Hwy 253 South to Hwy 45 Turn East on Hwy 45 and follow approximately .5 mile to the auction location.   Quick Note...We will have  plenty of room for parking with trailers, but if you are pulling a trailer just know the gate entrance in to the property is very tight so make a wide swing when entering.  If you are coming in from Hwy 71 in the Rye Hill Area, Turn West on Hwy 45 and follow to the auction location. 

Items Will Include:  Cub Cadet Riding Mower (Runs) also has new transmission,  12ft. W&W Brand Enclosed Cargo Trailer, Large Like New Shop Style Barrel Fan, We Have an Enormous Amount of Hand Tools, for example there are Plastic Totes Full of just Sockets,  Totes Full of Screwdrivers,  Totes Full of only Wrenches,  Totes Full of Log Chains,   Totes Full of Hammers,  Large Variety of Cast Iron Frying Pans, Dutch Ovens, etc.,  Several Totes Full of DVD's, VHS Tapes, and More,  Approximately 25 or more Tubs Full of Various Glassware Items such as Fenton, Sandwhich Glass, Crystal, and more, Kitchenware Items, Come-A-Long Hand Winches, Weedeaters, Chainsaws, Push Mower, and so much more.  

This list is short but it in now way reflects the amount of items at the auction.  There are SO MANY ITEMS IN THIS AUCTION It is imposible to make a detailed list of what is available. Auction Terms and Conditions:  All items will be sold in AS-IS, WHERE-IS condition at the time of auction.  All bidders are expected to make a reasonable inspection of the items they are interested in before bidding.  Once the auctioneer declares the items sold, those items become the responsibility of the winning bidder.  Neither the seller nor the auction company will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items.  By registering and obtaining a bidder's number you are agreeing to all terms and conditions of the auction both advertised and any announcements made day of auction.   Announcements made the day of auction will take precedence over any print or social media advertisements.

Payment Terms and Conditions:  We accept Cash or Check with proper and satisfactory photo ID.  We also accept the use of Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  Payments made with the use of a Credit or Debit Card will be subject to a 4% convenience fee.  Payments made with Cash or Approved Check will have the convenience fee waived on personal property item purchases.
