~Please be respectful of all neighbors and do not park on their grass or in their driveway. Also please make sure you are not blocking the flow of traffic. Emergency vehicles MUST be able to get down the street.

We are very honored to help this lovely couple liquidate their second home. Their home is in Wilmington and they purchased this condo 10 years ago, so they could have a "work" home. The time has come for them to be back in Wilmington full time. We have the great opportunity of helping them liquidate the contents of this home. 

This is the Martinque condo community, please use entrance 3 and park in the spaces with no numbers at the top of the lot.  We will have our banner flag and the van parked out front of the building. If you are in line on Saturday morning please be respectful of the neighbors and keep your voices down.
