Auction Terms and Conditions:  All items will be sold in AS-IS, WHERE-IS, Condition at the time of auction, all sales will be final.  All invoices are to be paid the day of auction. All Buyers are encouraged and expected to make a reasonable inspection of the items they are interested in before bidding and buying.  Once the auctioneer declares the items sold, those items become the responsibility of the winning bidder.  Neither the auction company nor the seller will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items.  By registering and and acquiring a bid number all registrants are agreeing to abide by all terms and conditions of the auction both printed terms and any publicly announced terms the day of auction. 

Payment Terms and Conditions:  We accept Cash or Check with proper and Satisfactory Photo ID.  We also accept Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  Payments made with the use of a Credit or Debit Card will be subject to a 4% buyers fee in addition to the invoice total.  Payments made with the use of a Credit or Debit Card will have the 4% buyers fee waived on personal proeprty items purchased only. 

Restrooms and Concessions will be available day of auction.
