TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury. No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats. All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase. There are NO RETURNS-no exceptions. Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale. If you buy heavy items, bring your own muscle. Sales tax of 7.75% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the BOE. No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone. Please do not email or call asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale's opening. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation. Bring Help to Load Large Items; Not Responsible for Accidents. The Orange County Sheriff has been notified of this sale and will be monitoring our event for additional security. |

ESTATE SALE IN CAMEO SHORES ONE DAY ONLY! 9 am to 2 pm Please note, we have modified the hours of this estate sale. We will conduct a full one day sale on Saturday, September 21 We will open at 9 am and sell until 1130 We will close for 30 minutes, straighten up re arrange. When we reopen at 12, most items will be half price or deeply discounted. There will be a few exceptions. There is no holding items or making piles or hiding items for the second session. Buy what you want in the morning for the best selection (everything priced well and to sell) and then come for the bargains after 12
The Sale Estate Sale in Ocean View Cameo Shores Enjoy the spectacular view while you peruse for treasures. Saturday, September 21 9 am to 2 pm (close for 30 minutes at 1130 (no holds)re open at 12 noon most items half off or deeply discounted) Something for Everyone! Here is a partial list of what is available: Loads of costume jewelry, including silver and turquoise, Disney Coach and Dooney purses, China, tea cups and saucers, kitchen miscellaneous, Revere ware, Corning ware, glass, crystal, loads of stemware, Baskets, Indian rugs, original artwork and prints, telescope, baby grand piano, some women’s clothing, coffee table, curio, desks, Hummels, floor lamps, table lamps, lawyers bookcase, small tables and stands, Knights Templars memorabilia including photos, patio furniture, books, clarinet, viola, cedar chest, wing and club chairs, furniture, including dining room, living room, silver plate, pottery, collectibles, linens, etc…. Easy to attend and plenty of parking on this spacious Cameo Shores Street.If you have not attended our sales in the past and would like to, please provide your full name, email address and telephone number. It is our way of registering everyone so that we know who you are and to ensure everyone's safety and security. We accept cash, zelle, and checks from regular pre approve clients who shop with us frequently. We create a fun, safe, pleasant environment in which to shop for your estate treasures and welcome everyone who can follow our simple rules. We sell significant jewelry and silver, but for security reasons do not market it on this platform or in the estate sale setting. If you are a buyer of significant jewelry or silver, please speak with me so I can consider you when we broker the next large collections. We just brokered a spectacular 10 ct Kashmir sapphire ring (not heat treated or enhanced) set in platinum and surrounded by diamonds....breathtaking!
