Soft Close: This is a soft close auction meaning: 1) all items feature a stagger of 10 seconds between each lot ending. 6 items will close each minute. 2) If an item is bid on within the last 1 Minute of the auction, the lot will automatically get extended for an additional Minute. The Countdown Timer will Continue to be reset to 1 minute until no additional bids have been placed. (Max Bid Feature): This online bidding option makes bidding convenient allowing you to enter the maximum bid amount that you are willing to bid on an item. We encourage the use of this feature as it automatically competitively increases your bid for you up to your max bid price. PICK UP IS SCHEDULED FOR: Friday, Oct. 18, from 10am to 5pm ET. BY APPOINTMENT ONLY - a calendar will be emailed to winning bidders. Please bring help to load if you purchased heavy furniture or items. PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS: Items are to be picked up on the arranged pickups day(s). Please do not bid if you can not pick up on that day! PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL YOUR ITEMS ARE ACCOUNTED FOR BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE PICK-UP SITE. Any items left behind will be considered abandoned and buyer will be charged. NO REFUNDS will be issued. If you are unavailable during this scheduled pickup, a family member, close friend, or co-worker can pick the items up for you if we are notified prior. Shipping is available for SMALL ITEMS only, CUSTOMERS NEEDING SHIPPING FOR SMALL ITEMS: (Shipping is available for small items only). Please reply back to this email if you need shipping. Your items will be dropped off at our shipper in Washington, IN. Graber Auctions charges $1.00 per lot to drop your items off. If a phone call is needed, please call 812-698-9629 anytime after 5:30 ET. HANDLING COST FOR SHIPPING- There will be a $10+/- handling and materials fee per item. (additional fees may be added depending on lots that are fragile and bulky) SHIPPING COST- The cost of shipping will be determined by the girth (size) and weight of the item. To get an approximate shipping cost, you can visit https://postcalc.usps.com/ SHIPPING SERVICE - USPS is the preferred shipping method, however, the provider (UPS USPS Fedex) with the lowest shipping cost will be used. (Hazardous items cannot be shipped such as liquids, perfumes, ammo, chemicals, radioactive materials, compressed gases, dry ice, liquid nitrogen, lithium batteries and more). PAYMENT FOR SHIPPING- If shipping is requested, An invoice will be sent via the Email on the invoice. This Invoice will include a URL link for payment. Payment will include both the shipping cost, materials and handling. No items will be shipped until payment is received. Deposit: In order for the Auctioneer to process your winning bid, we must have a working Visa, MasterCard, Ammex or Discover associated with your account. Photographs and Descriptions: The Auctioneer regularly posts item descriptions and photographs to aid bidders in the bidding process, and we make every effort to ensure that the descriptions and photographs that we post accurately represent the items being offered for sale.
