Structure fixed to two W8X40 metal beams tapered on both ends so the module can be winched onto a rolloff bed/trailer

Structure floor constructed of 2x8 conventional joists that are sheathed on bottom with ½”CDX for containment of the floor insulation

Floor is sheathed on top with ¾” T&G CDX

Walls are constructed with 2x6 wood studs at 16” on center

Roof is constructed with 2x8 conventional joists with slight taper from centerline both directions to shed water

Exterior walls sheathed in T-111 and rough sawn trim

Roof and floor are insulated with R-21and vapor barrier

Walls are insulated with R-19 and vapor barrier

Roof is sealed with an EPDM membrane fully adhered to sheathing and trimmed with gravel stop trim edge

Structure has two hollow metal doors both of which are insulated

Ballistic rated window attached to transaction drawer (dimensions: 3’3” W x 4’3” H)

Three fixated exterior lights included.

Four interior surface mounted fluorescent light fixtures included.

100 amp fixated panel included

Interior flooring is 12”x12” VCT with 4” rubber base
