Payment must be made by phone (218-729-6464) or at our Hermantown office upon receiving the Invoice. After payment, you will receive a paid-in-full receipt to remove the contents and clean the locker. The content must be removed, and the unit must be cleaned out on Friday, September 6, 2024.  
A $100 CLEANING DEPOSIT WILL BE COLLECTED AND REFUNDED AFTER ALL UNIT CONTENTS HAVE BEEN REMOVED AND THE UNIT HAS BEEN CLEANED & SWEPT. 

IF YOU CANNOT CLEAN OUT AT THIS TIME, PLEASE DO NOT BID!

PROCEDURE:
Online Bidding Only. The auction will start closing at 6:00 P.M., Wednesday, September 4, 2024. The close will be staggered (1 Lot every 5 minutes). In addition, there will be extended bidding, which means that for items with bids placed within 3 minutes of closing time, the time will be extended by 3 minutes. This will continue until there is no activity for 3 minutes.
