Sherwood Auction Service will offer Parcel A to the Highest Bid, Hold that bid then Offer Parcel B to the Highest Bid, Hold that Bid. Those Bids will be added together and then offer PARCEL C for that amount plus $5000. If a bid is placed on Parcel C that is how the farm will sell. We will not open back up for bidding Parcel A or Parcel B. If the property sells as Parcel A & B Separately the sellers with pay for the survey to do the parcel split.
Parcel D will sell as 1 farm and not added into any combination.
All final bids will be subject to seller confirmation. There will be 5% Transaction fee added to the final bid amount.
