~This is a three day sale, most remaining items will be 50% off on Sunday.
~Sign up sheet for entrance will go out at the front door about an hour prior to start time. ~ We will not honor entrance list that are not our own, please make sure our logo is on any list that you sign in on. ~ You must be present when your name is called for entrance. ~Once there is no longer a wait to enter the home, all entrance will be free flowing. ~All items are to be removed the day of the sale, if you can not do this please see Amanda prior to purchasing. ~Please bring a helper for loading large pieces of furniture. ~We accept cash & credit cards with the proper I.D. ~Not responsible for on-site accidents. ~Please be respectful of all neighbors and do not park on their grass or in their driveway. Also please make sure you are not blocking the flow of traffic. Emergency vehicles MUST be able to get down the street. ~We do not offer pre-sales and prices will not be released till the start of the first day. |

We are very honored to have the opportunity to help this lovely couple with the difficult task of liquidating her parents estate. This sale will be slightly different. We will conduct a tag sale for the contents of the home Fri.- Sun. at 2 pm. On Sunday at 2:30 pm we will have an auction with items from the out building and old farm equipment. The Toyota Camry will be available at the tag sale and if not sold it will be auctioned on Sunday with a reserve. Auction details and terms: -Preview for the auction will start on Sunday at noon. -There will be a 10% buyers premium added to all auction purchases. - Terms of sale are cash and any credit / debit card. We do not accept checks. -All auction items must be removed the day of the sale. If this can not happen you must speak with Amanda prior to bidding. -All sales are final and items are sold as is, where is with no warranties or guaranties implied. NCAL # 9944 |
