ART:lithograph artist signed by well known artist Tom Barnes, from the Stockley Gardens 20th anniversary spring arts festival may 15th and 16th 2004, is has been matted and framed, condition very good, it pictures two ladies sipping wine in there fine attire. Tom Barnes,Born in High Point NC, Tom Barnes grew up in South Georgia.Traveled by train to Savannah where he spent two weeks with the twins, Lila and Bess…He started to paint in the 90's inspiration came from these two fine ladies."long neck ladies" which have become Barnes' signatures.The colors are bright and bold.
