1) All Vehicles & Equipment sold AS-IS
2) Cash, Money Order, Company Check, Certified Check (Payable to the City of South Bend) NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED 3) Payment MUST be made PRIOR to the vehicles leaving the property. Keys will be issued upon payment. Payment must be made within one hour of last vehicle being sold. The gates will be locked one hour after last vehicle sold. Titles may be picked up at the time of payment from Central Services, 1045 W Sample St. You MUST have your receipt with your Auction number on it. 4) All vehicles must be removed from the property by August 30th at 4:00pm. Any vehicle remaining past this time will become the property of the City of South Bend. 5) NOTE: We must have the purchaser's information for the title work before the title will be released. If the title is lost, a duplicate title will cost $100.00 to replace. |
