On-Line Only Auction: Online from 12:01 p.m. CDT, Wednesday, August 14, 2024 to 7:00 p.m. CDT, Thursday, August 29, 2024. Please note: with online bidding, we will be utilizing a soft close which means if anyone bids with a minute or less remaining, the auction will continue until no more bids are received. SELLERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REJECT ANY AND ALL BIDS.

Registering to Bid: Prospective Buyers register to bid by going to Menke-Auction.hibid.com and when successfully registered, they agree to all the Terms and Conditions of the Auction. Prospective Buyers must be registered online by no later than 5:00 PM CDTon Wednesday, August 28, 2024 to ensure bidding approval.

Opening Bid: The opening bid is $250,000.

Purchase Agreement: Successful bidder will enter into a purchase agreement immediately after being declared the winning bidder by the Auctioneer. PLEASE NOTE: The purchase agreement will offer NO CONTINGENCIES for financing, property condition, or any other alterations to the agreement. Property is being sold "AS IS". Earnest Deposit: Successful bidder will provide a $50,000 Earnest Deposit on the day of the auction with the balance due at closing. Earnest deposit will be held in the Trust Account of Ambassador Title Services.
