Friday, August, 16, 2024 between 9 am (PT) and 4 pm (PT). We strongly advise that You make use of any available inspection period to personally inspect items so that You can make the best bidding and buying decision possible.

PAYMENT METHODS
We do accept all major credit cards; Credit card payments are limited to a maximum of $1,000. Any remaining balances must be settled using one of the alternative accepted payment methods. We will accept wire transfer (contact for payment information), cash (exact change), cashier's check and approved business checks for full or remaining payment at our Galt office or at time of pickup at certain locations; please contact the office for more information.

PAYMENT DUE
We will automatically charge the credit card on file. Unless you have contacted us in advance regarding another payment method. There is a 18% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction. Location-based sales tax will also be collected for this auction. Full payment must be made no later than 4pm (PT) on Wednesday, August, 21, 2024.

REMOVAL
Appointments are mandatory for item removal and must be scheduled between 9 am (PT) and 4 pm (PT) on Thursday, August, 22, 2024. CLICK HERE to schedule your appointment. If no slots are available, buyers must check in with removal staff, who will accommodate them between scheduled appointments. Refunds will not be issued for failure to secure an appointment.

SOME LOTS MAY INCLUDE SPECIAL REMOVAL REQUIREMENTS SUCH AS DATE AND TIME RESTRICTIONS AND ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT REQUIRMENTS, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO READ ALL LOT DETAILS.

REMOVAL AUTHORIZATION
If someone other than you is picking up your auction purchases, please CLICK HERE to fill out the authorization form so that we can release your items to your authorized agent.

All Buyers or Authorized Agents must present PHOTO IDENTIFICATION upon arrival, please be aware that a photo of the individual removing items from the auction site will be taken to confirm identity (Your Privacy Matters, we don't use your photo for anything other than identification purposes and we don't use your photo for advertising). Buyers with a history of a minimum of 15 transactions (separate auctions) with which no issue was had regarding payment or pickup MAY (at HAI discretion) be exempted from photo identification. ALL Authorized Agents for any buyer is required to present photo identification. Schedule appointments based on the quantity and size of items purchased, but not more than two (2) appointments per Buyer. Excessive use of appointments will be deleted by Huisman Auctions. Please be aware that some appointments may overlap due to the quantity and size of items being loaded. Late appointment arrivals will automatically be forfeited. NO Appointments, Late Appointments will only be accommodated if availability allows. NO Shows, items will be considered abandoned and forfeited, no refunds, with no further rights by the Buyer.

Buyers are responsible for all aspects of removal. All items remaining after this specified time are considered abandoned and forfeited, no refunds, with no further rights by the Buyer.

Failure to pick up items will result in $25 (small item) or $100 (large item) per item charge for disposal. Buyers that fail to pick up items may be permanently blocked from bidding at Huisman Auctions.

REMOVAL ASSISTANCE
Buyers or authorized agents are solely responsible for the removal of purchased items. Employees are unable to assist with physical loading. Forklift Loading Assistance will be available at auctioneer's discretion; wait times may occur. Some equipment will require professional rigging, it is the buyers responsibility to organize and remove items at their own expense.

DISCLAIMERS
It is the Bidders responsibility to review all auction information, dates, times, terms and conditions of the auction. Bidders are bound by all terms and conditions of the auction when the first bid is placed, therefore, Bidders should not participate in the auction if they cannot comply with the stated auction terms. Huisman Auctions reserves the right in its sole discretion, to remove or block bids that cannot be verified as legitimate. If Huisman Auctions is unable to verify a Bidders identity, after trying all reasonable means of contact, bids may be removed. All items are sold “as-is” and “where-is” and “with all faults” with no warranties expressed or implied. The description of property is based solely on visual impression, and is given solely for identification purposes only. No items have been tested for working conditions by Huisman Auctions. Items may be overstocks or returns, new or used, perfect or broken. It is the Bidders responsibility to inspect all items to ensure accuracy and quality. Buyers or their Agents are responsible for ensuring they received all their items. No claims of any kind shall be allowed after items have been removed by the Buyer or items have been signed for after time of removal. Buyers in default authorize Huisman Auctions to charge a 25% re-listing fee to their credit card based upon their high bid amount. There are no refunds or exchanges. Please bid accordingly.

EXEMPTIONS
Resellers are required to upload a valid Resale Certificate to their Bidder account to be eligible for sales tax exemption. These certificates must be reviewed and accepted before the auction closes to utilize the exemption. It is the responsibility of Bidders to inform Huisman Auctions beforehand (prior to auction closing) of their intention to utilize or waive this exemption.

LOTS
Buyers are required to collect all items listed and organized within the lot(s); failure to comply may result in disposal fees and potential blacklisting.

IMAGES
Images are provided as a representation of the lot item(s), other lot items may be visible in images, lots are sold by description only, not by image details.

VEHICLES
Vehicles listing a vehicle identification number (VIN) and title origin will have title paperwork. Title paperwork will be mailed via Certified Mail after ten (10) business days of the auction, unless the Buyer has failed to remove the vehicle from the auction site by the stated removal deadline. Buyer is fully responsible for transfer, smog, registration, sales tax and fees due to DMV. Off-road, farm vehicles and towable/special equipment not listing a vehicle identification number (VIN) will not have title paperwork. Buyer’s invoice is the Bill of Sale.

It is the buyer's responsibility to read and understand the California's requirements concerning Diesel Fueled Engines, the following disclosure applies to all Diesel Fueled engines sold.

Any on-road heavy-duty diesel, alternative-diesel, or off-road diesel vehicle, operated in California, may be subject to the California Air Resources Board In-Use On-Road (Truck and Bus) or In-Use Off-Road Diesel Vehicle Regulations. It therefore could be subject to exhaust retrofit or accelerated turnover requirements to reduce emissions of air pollutants.
