All property is sold 'as-is' and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine the exact condition of each item. All Guns, Gun Permits, Transfers, in & out of State and shipping will be handled by Colton Turner, FFL Dealer with: Turner Defense 981 NC 49 North Prospect Hill N.C. All guns purchased should be inspected by a competent Gun Smith before using or firing. A transaction of $25 for the 1st Gun and $5 for each addition gun up to a total of 3 on each form will apply. The 4th Gun will be $25 for the 1st gun on form and $5 for the next 2 guns on the form and this sequence will continue to repeat for every 3 Guns purchased. All shipping expenses will be charged to the Buyer All Invoices will be emailed the night of the Auction. The purchaser agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred by the auction company in the collection of funds. The purchaser also agrees that a fee of 2% per month is added to the balance of any unpaid balance due the auction company and any other costs or losses incurred by the purchaser's failure to adhere to these terms. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Rockingham County, North Carolina. The auctioneer has the sole discretion to advance the bidding and may reject a nominal advance, should it in his estimation prove injurious to the auction. The auctioneer shall be the final judge in all bidding disputes and shall name a bidder as the purchaser Funwood Auctions will have a local FFL Dealer and they will process all firearm transfers in strict accordance with all Federal, State, and local laws. All Curio & Relic licensee purchases must adhere to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (BATF) Curio & Relic requirements. - Non-North Carolina residents who wish to pick up a long gun at our location are required to complete a form 4473 and background check following payment. - Non-North Carolina residents may not pick up handguns without a valid FFL. North Carolina Residents: - Modern firearm sales to non-licensed North Carolina buyers that want to pick up firearms at our location are required to complete a form 4473 and background check. - If “Denied” by the background check, you will not be able to take possession of the firearm and it will be consigned to the next available firearm auction. Dealers and Individuals who bid on and win items own the items and are fully responsible for payment within terms regardless of whether the FBI/ATF approves their taking physical possession of the items. Funwood Auctions will not cancel the sale due to a “Denied” background check for any reason. Restrictions on the importation, exportation, sale, transfer, and/or possession of goods containing materials from protected species derive from international, federal, and state laws and regulations promulgated thereunder. Laws include, but are not limited to, the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Flora and Fauna (CITES), the Endangered Species Act (ESA) and the Marine Mammals Protection Act (MMPA). States currently restricting trade of protected species include, but are not limited to, California, New York, and New Jersey. Prospective buyers are on notice that several countries completely prohibit importation of property made, all or in part, of protected materials. Some countries require special permits, such as a CITES permit, from the relevant regulating authority in the countries of exportation and importation as well. Potential buyers intending to import the property into another country should be familiar with the relevant customs laws and regulations prior to bidding on goods containing material from protected species. Regulations may vary as the U.S. generally prohibits importation of articles containing material(s) from species it has designated endangered or threatened if the articles are less than 100 years old, subject to certain exceptions. It shall be the potential buyer’s sole responsibility to research and satisfy the requirements of any laws and regulations that apply to the import and export of property as described in the aforementioned paragraphs. All buyers agree to comply with any and all domestic and international restrictions on the trade of protected species as a condition of the sale. Please note that the ability to obtain an export license or certificate does not ensure the ability to obtain an import license or certificate in another country, and vice versa. It is the buyer’s responsibility to obtain any export or import licenses and/or certificates as well as any other required documentation. Funwood Auctions is not able to assist the buyer in attempting to obtain the appropriate licenses and/or certificates, and there is no assurance that an export license or certificate can be obtained. The inability or delay in obtaining permits, licenses, or other permissions to import or export goods containing material from protected species will not constitute a basis for rescission or cancellation of the sale of said goods or the delay in payment of purchased items in accordance with these Bidder Terms and Conditions.

We use Shipping Saint for our shipping. We package and box all items in house to weigh, measure and get the best price. We will contact you with total shipping cost before sending it to Shipping Saint. Your credit card on file will be billed for your auction purchases only after auction. Shipping Saint will bill you separately for the shipping costs.
We can not quote shipping costs on pickup day. We are working on several different auctions each week. We will contact you 5-10 days after auction to quote costs and line up shipping of your items

Descriptions: Photos can sometimes be deceiving in sizes, colors, or other condition. We try to provide as much information as possible. There will be 8 lots closing every 3 minutes.
The individual who appears as the registered bidder will be responsible for any and all purchases made on his/her registration (bid number) A 14% buyer premium will be added to the winning bid on each item to determine the contract price. 3% discount for CASH payment. 7% North Carolina Sales and Use Tax will be added to the contract price unless a signed hard copy of an exemption certificate is on file with the auctioneer.
