DUE TO A FAMILY EMERGENCY WITH MY DAD, THE ONLINE CLOSING DATE OF THIS AUCTION HAS BEEN POSTPONED UNTIL SATURDAY EVENING AT 7PM WITH PICKUP ON SUNDAY. This will be the last ONLINE auction from my auction building in Rockdale. This is a Absolute auction with all bids starting at $3.00 The building collapsed May 4th from heavy rain, and whats being sold are items(lots) that were salvagable before demo of the front of the building in July. All items are sold in as is condition. All sales final. There are good items in these lots. Most lots are dusty from the demo, but are sellable/refurbishable items. Buyers are expected to pack and load their purchases. 13% Buyers premium. PICKUP WILL BE ON FRIDAY MORNING ONLY AT THE BUILDING. The building has to be cleared out, so there are large amounts of collectibles(items) in most lots.
