PAYMENT METHODS
We do accept all major credit cards; Payment by credit cards may be paid up to $1,000. We will accept wire transfer (contact for payment information), cash (exact change), cashier's check and approved business checks for full or remaining payment at our Galt office or at time of pickup at certain locations; please contact the office for more information.

PAYMENT DUE
We will automatically charge the credit card on file. Unless you have contacted us in advance regarding another payment method. There is a 18% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction. Location-based sales tax will also be collected for this auction. Full payment must be made no later than 4pm (PT) on Tuesday, August, 20, 2024.

REMOVAL AUTHORIZATION
If someone other than you is picking up your auction purchases, please CLICK HERE to fill out the authorization form so that we can release your items to your authorized agent.

Attention all Buyers and Authorized Agents: It is mandatory to provide photo identification. Kindly have photo identification ready upon arrival. Note that a photo will be taken as you check in to confirm your identity to remove items from the auction site. Rest assured, your privacy is respected; your photo will solely be used for identification purposes and will not be utilized for advertising. Buyers with a proven record of at least fifteen transactions across separate auctions, with no payment or pickup issues, may be exempt from the photo identification requirement at the discretion of HAI. Appointments must be scheduled based on the quantity and size of purchased items, limited to a maximum of two (2) appointments per Buyer. Huisman Auctions will remove excessive appointment bookings. Please anticipate overlaps in appointments due to the volume and dimensions of items being loaded. Arriving late for appointments will result in automatic forfeiture. Buyers are responsible for all aspects of removal. All items remaining after this specified time are considered abandoned and forfeited, no refunds, with no further rights by the Buyer.

Failure to pick up items will result in $25 (small item) or $100 (large item) per item charge for disposal. Buyers that fail to pick up items may be permanently blocked from bidding at Huisman Auctions.

REMOVAL ASSISTANCE
Buyers or authorized agents are solely responsible for the removal of purchased items. Employees are unable to assist with physical loading. Forklift Loading Assistance will be available at auctioneer's discretion; wait times may occur.

DISCLAIMERS
It is the Bidders responsibility to review all auction information, dates, times, terms and conditions of the auction. Bidders are bound by all terms and conditions of the auction when the first bid is placed, therefore, Bidders should not participate in the auction if they cannot comply with the stated auction terms. Huisman Auctions reserves the right in its sole discretion, to remove or block bids that cannot be verified as legitimate. If Huisman Auctions is unable to verify a Bidders identity, after trying all reasonable means of contact, bids may be removed. All items are sold “as-is” and “where-is” and “with all faults” with no warranties expressed or implied. The description of property is based solely on visual impression, and is given solely for identification purposes only. No items have been tested for working conditions by Huisman Auctions. Items may be overstocks or returns, new or used, perfect or broken. It is the Bidders responsibility to inspect all items to ensure accuracy and quality. Buyers or their Agents are responsible for ensuring they received all their items. No claims of any kind shall be allowed after items have been removed by the Buyer or items have been signed for after time of removal. Buyers in default authorize Huisman Auctions to charge a 25% re-listing fee to their credit card based upon their high bid amount. There are no refunds or exchanges. Please bid accordingly.

EXEMPTIONS
Resellers must have a valid Resale Certificate uploaded to Bidder account to qualify for sales tax exemption. It is the Bidders responsibility to notify Huisman Auctions in advance (before auction closing) if they want to use or not use this exemption.

PHOTOS
Images are provided as a representation of the lot item, other lot items may be visible in images, lots are sold by description only, not by image details.

VEHICLES
Vehicles listing a vehicle identification number (VIN) and title origin will have title paperwork. Title paperwork will be mailed via Certified Mail after ten (10) working days of the auction, unless the Buyer has failed to remove the vehicle from the auction site by the stated removal deadline. Buyer is fully responsible for transfer, smog, registration, sales tax and fees due to DMV. Off-road, farm vehicles and towable/special equipment not listing a vehicle identification number (VIN) will not have title paperwork. Buyer’s invoice is the Bill of Sale.

It is the buyer's responsibility to read and understand the California's requirements concerning Diesel Fueled Engines, the following disclosure applies to all Diesel Fueled engines sold.

Any on-road heavy-duty diesel, alternative-diesel, or off-road diesel vehicle, operated in California, may be subject to the California Air Resources Board In-Use On-Road (Truck and Bus) or In-Use Off-Road Diesel Vehicle Regulations. It therefore could be subject to exhaust retrofit or accelerated turnover requirements to reduce emissions of air pollutants.
