AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Basic Terms & Conditions:

Valid Credit card required for bidding approval. Cash or good check accepted. Credit card accepted with 4% convience fee. 12% buyers premium. 7% sales tax will be collected. Once loadout date is over all credit cards on file will automatically be charged. If winning items are not picked up at the end of stated loadout dates, items will be forfeited. There will be no refunds for items not picked up.

Not responsible for accidents or articles after sold. All items are sold "as-is." Assets are subject to additions and deletions.

Buyer is responsible for providing their own help, packing material, or tools needed to take apart items (if deemed necessary for removal, buyer is responsible in determining this) to load out items purchased. Lestinsky Auctioneers is not responsible for providing any of this.

A wire transfer will be required, if you are not established with the auction company when purchasing coin and jewelry items in any amount. We must receive full funds before coins or jewelry leave the auction facility. All wire transaction will inclue a $15 wiring fee added on to total purchase amount.

All items are sold "as-is". Descriptions are believed to be correct, we make no guarantees, as to the condition, authenticity of, or descriptions used in advertising. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to inspect items conditions & authenticity prior to bidding. Shipping & Handling:

EACH ITEM ON THE AUCTION IS SPECIFICALLY MARKED "SHIPPING" OR "NO SHIPPING"

Please look for the shipping indication in the top right corner of each lot OR under the price.

If you choose to purchase an item that is marked "no shipping," your item will be forfeited at your expense.

If your item has shipping available and you require shipping, all fees are at the buyers expense. Your credit card on file will automatically be charged for your items.

All shipping inquiries will be emailed through the packing/ shipping process. The first email will require bidders to answer if they would like shipping. Once this email is answered, we start to pack your items. After your items are packed, you are then invoiced. When the invoice is paid for, we send out your package. The last email you will receive is the tracking number for your package.

Label prices are calculated based on size of the package, weight and destination. Packages are sent through UPS, USPS Priority mail services, or UPS SurePost, we always choose the cheapest option available. All labels have insurance included in pricing. Our Handling Fees are $10-$20 per box, depending on packing material & items being shipped. Once items are packed, bidders will receive a shipping invoice via email. This invoice includes, the price of the label based on shipping cost, labor time, cost of packing material.

We do not refund any buyers due to cost of shipping. If the buyer chooses to forfeit items due to shipping & handling costs, a minimum fee of $15 per box will be charged to the buyer. This fee is for the inconvience of using our packing materials and labor time to package your items.

Credit card accepted with 4% convience fee. 12% buyers premium. 7% sales tax will be collected. Once loadout date is over all credit cards on file will automatically be charged. If winning items are not picked up at the end of stated loadout dates, items will be forfeited. There will be no refunds for items not picked up. Not responsible for accidents or articles after sold. All items are sold "as-is." Assets are subject to additions and deletions. Buyer is responsible for providing their own help, packing material, or tools needed to take apart items (if deemed necessary for removal, buyer is responsible in determining this) to load out items purchased. Lestinsky Auctioneers is not responsible for providing any of this. A wire transfer will be required, if you are not established with the auction company when purchasing coin and jewelry items in any amount. We must receive full funds before coins or jewelry leave the auction facility. All wire transaction will inclue a $15 wiring fee added on to total purchase amount. All items are sold "as-is". Shipping & Handling: EACH ITEM ON THE AUCTION IS SPECIFICALLY MARKED "SHIPPING" OR "NO SHIPPING" Please look for the shipping indication in the top right corner of each lot OR under the price. If you choose to purchase an item that is marked "no shipping," your item will be forfeited at your expense. If your item has shipping available and you require shipping, all fees are at the buyers expense. Your credit card on file will automatically be charged for your items. All shipping inquiries will be emailed through the packing/ shipping process. The first email will require bidders to answer if they would like shipping. Once this email is answered, we start to pack your items. After your items are packed, you are then invoiced. When the invoice is paid for, we send out your package. The last email you will receive is the tracking number for your package. Label prices are calculated based on size of the package, weight and destination. Packages are sent through UPS, USPS Priority mail services, or UPS SurePost, we always choose the cheapest option available. All labels have insurance included in pricing. Our Handling Fees are $10-$20 per box, depending on packing material & items being shipped. Once items are packed, bidders will receive a shipping invoice via email. This invoice includes, the price of the label based on shipping cost, labor time, cost of packing material. We do not refund any buyers due to cost of shipping. If the buyer chooses to forfeit items due to shipping & handling costs, a minimum fee of $15 per box will be charged to the buyer.
