 The 2 bed 1.5 bath home was built out of new steel shipping containers by a custom home builder called Bobs Containers in the fall of 2022.

 It was installed onsite in the spring of 2023. 

 The containers are welded together and sealed with silicone roofing adhesive at all junction points. 

 The foundation and retaining wall for the back patio is solid poured concrete with rebar reinforcement, not block.
